100% Chardonnay; 30+ year old vines.
A blend of three 1er Crus in Saint-Aubin: "Les Perrieres," "Les Combes," "Les Creots." Clay and limestone terroir. Fermented and aged in 350L barrels for 14 months (25% new), 3 months in tank. Unfined and unfiltered.

After working as the winemaker at his father’s domaine from 1994 to 2005, he established his own domaine alongside his wife Caroline Morey from vineyards they inherited from their historic families. This is not only one of the top domaines in Chassagne, it is also one of the finest domaines in the world."
