"The 2020 rose is surprisingly balanced. On the nose, primary aromas continue to develop. Still a bit dense and collected, but only a few months are needed for it to relax, lie down and provide the palate with its bouncy persona, and finish with the saline finish that characterises it. A unique wine that has become a classic at the Domaine, and one that we have been working on for the past 40 years. It goes perfectly with colourful and inventive dishes full of sweet and rare spices. A four seasons rose; ethereal, refreshing and fruity in the first few months and then more mineral, complex, long and structured."
