Organically grown Poulsard from the Jura. On the nose, fresh strawberries, gooseberries, cranberries and pomegranate juice. Lovely volume, with vibrant red fruits such as strawberries and cranberries, with some spices. Superb wine of tension and details. De-stemmed by hand, foot stumped grapes in an open fermenter, before pumping over. Aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness. Low sulphur to avoid reduction with Poulsard.
