This dry red is a blend of Grenache from Alisos Canyon, Syrah from Coquelicot Vineyard, and Mourvèdre from Martian Ranch Vineyard in Alisos Canyon. About 75% whole cluster fermentation was used, and the wine aged in neutral French oak barrels. Red punch, crunchy stem, and fresh white cherries with a little structure to make it complete.Pair with boles de picolat.
