100% Pinot Noir from Gerhard's Vineyard, vines are dry-farmed 24 years-old on sandstone/shale knoll at 1700-1800ft over Monterey Bay. A blend of whole-cluster and destemmed spontaneous ferments. 3-4 week maceration. Free-run and press juice separated and aged in barrel for a year. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.6%ABV
